Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 16 oz. jar salsa
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in skillet in oil. Place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice.
