Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bottle chunky salsa (mild or hot)
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain salsa of extra juice.
  2. Add chopped tomato and chopped green pepper to the salsa.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese on a round plate or platter.
  4. Spread the salsa mixture on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers.
