Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 pound baby-cut carrots
  • 1/4 pound sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 pound peeled, sliced jicama

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/2 cup green salsa, 1/4 cup minced red onion, and 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro. Serve as a dip with 1/4 pound each baby-cut carrots, sliced cucumbers, and peeled, sliced jicama.
