A creamy, cheesy salsa verde dip with fresh avocado, jalapeños, and cilantro, perfect for parties and gatherings with crunchy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. jar green salsa
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup pickled sliced jalapeo chiles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 20 oz. bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Coat an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Spread the green salsa over the bottom of the dish.
  4. Top with the cubed Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with diced avocado, sliced jalapeo peppers, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
