Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 package taco mix
  • 3 to 4 green onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 to 4 tomatoes
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • small black olives (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and cottage cheese. Spread on a dinner plate. Sprinkle half of the taco mix on top.
  2. Layer the chopped tomatoes, green pepper, and green onions over the cheese mixture.
  3. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and sliced black olives.
