Salted Hazelnuts

- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, combine the oil with the rosemary, and a pinch each of chile pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Coat the hazelnuts with the spice mixture and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Roast the nuts for approximately 15 minutes, stirring them halfway through the roasting process.
- Remove the hazelnuts from the oven. Allow the hazelnuts to cool, place them in a bowl, and serve.
