Ingredients

  • 1 tube saltines
  • 12 oz. milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  4. Arrange saltines in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
  5. Pour the hot butter-sugar mixture over the saltines.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle milk chocolate morsels over the hot mixture.
  8. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the surface.
  9. Place the pan in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
  10. Break into pieces and serve.
