Sandwich Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1/4 lb. hard salami, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 pkg. shredded Provolone cheese (or your choice of cheese)
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of parsley
  • pinch of oregano
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw bread in fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Don't let rise. Stretch into rectangular pieces and put on a cookie sheet.
  3. Spread a mixture of egg, parsley, oregano and pepper on dough.
  4. Save part of egg mixture to spread on top of rolled dough.
  5. Put on ham, salami, pepperoni and cheese.
  6. Fold or roll bread over and seal edges tightly.
  7. Spread egg mixture on top of dough.
  8. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  9. Slice and eat.
