Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 6 c. water
  • 8 oz. very thin (Kluski) noodles
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked broccoli

Instructions

  1. Brown chopped onion in oleo.
  2. Cook 3 minutes.
  3. Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to boil.
  4. Add noodles and salt.
  5. Cook 5 minutes or until tender.
  6. Add garlic powder and milk.
  7. Bring to boil; add Velveeta cheese.
  8. When cheese is melted, add broccoli. Makes 1 gallon.
