Sangria Blanco
A refreshing white sangria with citrus fruits, simple syrup, and sparkling water, perfect for summer gatherings and those who enjoy a fruity, bubbly beverage.

Instructions
- Cut several end slices from lemons, limes, and oranges.
- Keep the center of the fruits for slicing later.
- Place the end slices in a small saucepan with water and sugar.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Lower the heat and simmer, undisturbed, for 3 minutes to make a simple syrup.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Strain the syrup; squeeze juice from the fruits. Discard the cooked fruit end slices.
- Chill the syrup, covered, up to 1 week.
- On the day of serving, thinly slice the center of the fruits, discard seeds, chill the fruit slices, and cover until ready to use.
