Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 c. assorted cut-up vegetables such as broccoli florets, green beans, cauliflowerets, sugar snap peas, bell pepper strips, diagonally sliced carrots, mushrooms, onions, yellow squash, zucchini
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add the assorted vegetables to the skillet.
  3. Cook and stir until the vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. Sprinkle the Italian salad dressing mix over the vegetables.
  5. Add red wine vinegar and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
