Ingredients

  • sardines, chopped
  • Colavita olive oil
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sardines very well.
  2. Clean the bones and any unwanted parts from the sardines.
  3. Cover the sardines with Colavita olive oil and add oregano, basil, and garlic to taste.
  4. Can be served cold or lightly fried.
  5. Add crushed pepper to taste if desired.
