Ingredients

  • 2 (3 3/4 oz.) cans sardines, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salad dressing or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine sardines, chopped hard-boiled eggs, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise or salad dressing in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until well mixed and spreadable, adding more mayonnaise or dressing if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Serve the sardine spread on party rye or your choice of bread.
