Ingredients

  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • 1 large can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Put oil in the bottom of a pan.
  2. Cut green peppers into quarters or smaller pieces.
  3. Slice onions into rings.
  4. Slice mushrooms.
  5. Add a small amount of salt, pepper, or garlic to the pan.
  6. Add the chopped peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the pan.
  7. Pour in the large can of tomato sauce.
  8. Bake in the oven at 300°F until heated through and flavors meld.
