Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sirloin or chuck steak
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. currant jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • brown gravy mix
  • parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into thin strips and brown in butter.
  2. Stir in water, currant jelly, lemon juice, and gravy mix.
  3. Heat to boiling and cook until sauce thickens.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley flakes before serving.
