- Saute celery in melted butter until tender.
- Stir in flour and seasonings.
- Gradually blend in milk; cook over low heat, stirring frequently until thickened.
- Add cheese and stir in drained green beans and pimento.
- Heat thoroughly over low heat.
- Serves 4 to 6.
