Ingredients

  • 1 lb sage sausage
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 can water

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook sausage, chopped celery, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned.
  2. Drain excess fat from the sausage mixture.
  3. Stir in the cream of potato soup, Cheddar cheese soup, milk, and water until well blended.
  4. Cook and stir over medium to high heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
