Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups baking mix (Bisquick or Pioneer)
  • 1 pound sausage (uncooked)
  • 8 ounces grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Put baking mix, sausage, and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until combined.
  3. Use your hands to blend everything together until uniform.
  4. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
