Mini sausage pizzas with a crispy crust, savory sausage slices, tomato sauce, oregano, and plenty of cheese, perfect for a quick, flavorful snack or casual meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) sausage links
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerator biscuits
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage thoroughly and cut into thin slices.
  2. Roll each biscuit out to a 4-inch diameter and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread each biscuit with tomato paste.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano and add pieces of sausage.
  5. Sprinkle generously with cheese.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes.
