Ingredients

  • 20 to 24 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3/4 lb. sausage

Instructions

  1. Prepare the double pie crust and set aside.
  2. Cook the sausage until browned and crumbled.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Divide the pie crust into portions and line individual pie tins or a larger pie dish.
  5. Fill the crust with cooked sausage and halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Cover with the top crust, seal edges, and cut small slits for steam escape.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
