Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1/2 cup tap water

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick and water well to form a dough.
  2. Roll the dough mixture thin on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the room-temperature sausage in a thin, even layer over the dough.
  4. Roll from each end toward the center to form two rolls.
  5. Cut the rolls into 1/2-inch slices.
  6. Wrap each slice in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for easier slicing, or freeze for several weeks.
  7. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven until slightly brown, about 20 minutes.
