Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage (hot)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 package wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground sausage.
  2. Add chopped green and red bell peppers, chopped black olives, Ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and shredded cheeses to the sausage. Stir together.
  3. Lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil, leaving almost no oil on the shells.
  4. Place the wonton wrappers into muffin tin cups.
  5. Bake the empty shells for 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Fill each shell with about a tablespoon of sausage mixture.
  8. Return the filled shells to the oven and bake for an additional 6 to 7 minutes or until the cheeses have melted and the shells are golden brown.
