Sausage Wontons
Sausage wontons are savory, cheesy bites filled with spicy sausage and colorful peppers, perfect for parties or snacks, offering a crispy shell and gooey interior.

Instructions
- Brown and drain the ground sausage.
- Add chopped green and red bell peppers, chopped black olives, Ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and shredded cheeses to the sausage. Stir together.
- Lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil, leaving almost no oil on the shells.
- Place the wonton wrappers into muffin tin cups.
- Bake the empty shells for 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
- Remove from oven.
- Fill each shell with about a tablespoon of sausage mixture.
- Return the filled shells to the oven and bake for an additional 6 to 7 minutes or until the cheeses have melted and the shells are golden brown.
