Ingredients

  • 2 c. clean, freshly picked, unsprayed dandelion flowers
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • flour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet.
  2. Dip each blossom into the beaten eggs, then into flour.
  3. Saute briefly in the butter until golden brown.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a vegetable or side dish.
