Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well blended.
  2. Add water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Gradually sift in the flour and baking powder, stirring until smooth. If the batter is thin, add more flour.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
