Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 8 large baking potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch baking pan.
  3. Pare potatoes and roll in melted butter to coat well.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and turn the potatoes.
  7. Add chicken broth to the pan.
  8. Bake for an additional hour, turning the potatoes several times.
