Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • paprika
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Rinse scallops and boil 2 or 3 minutes; drain.
  2. Cut scallops in half.
  3. Fry mushrooms in butter until tender.
  4. Put into casserole dish.
