Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. deep sea scallops
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • paprika
  • garlic
  • Romano cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in bread crumbs.
  3. Add garlic, paprika, Romano cheese, and white wine to taste.
  4. Mix to make a thick mixture.
  5. Place scallops in a casserole or shallow baking pan with butter.
  6. Spread bread crumb mixture on top of scallops.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until scallops are white and firm.
