Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. sea legs (artificial crabmeat or whiting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a round dish or medium souffle dish, soften cream cheese in the microwave for one minute.
  3. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise and stir until smooth.
  4. Chop sea legs into 1-inch pieces and blend into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top turns light brown.
  6. Serve hot with crackers.
