Seabury Burritos are flavorful wraps filled with cheese, guacamole, beans, chili, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal suited for casual gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 10 flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 10 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package guacamole dip
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can chili no beans
  • fresh bean sprouts
  • black olives
  • chopped lettuce

Instructions

  1. Make the guacamole according to the directions on the package.
  2. Soften the tortillas by separating them and placing 3 or 4 on a microwave plate for 10 seconds on High.
  3. Put the other ingredients in bowls for easy access.
  4. Fill each tortilla with heaping spoonfuls of cheese, guacamole, sour cream, beans, chili, and bean sprouts.
  5. Roll the tortillas with the ends tucked in.
  6. Place the burritos on a plate and microwave until heated through, approximately 30 seconds on High.
  7. Serve with olives and chopped lettuce on the side.
  8. Alternatively, place the burritos in a baking dish and warm in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or make ahead and reheat before serving.
