Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 stocks celery
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 pack seashell pasta
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil potatoes until halfway tender.
  2. Add celery, tomato paste, seashell pasta, canned tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and 4 cups of water to the pot.
  3. Simmer together for 20 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked and the soup has thickened.
  4. Serve hot with crackers.
