Instructions
- In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
- Add juice and remaining ingredients, except fish.
- Bring to a boil; stir to separate beans.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add fish and cook 10 minutes more or until fish is done.
- Makes about 6 cups (4 servings).
