Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice

Instructions

  1. In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add juice and remaining ingredients, except fish.
  3. Bring to a boil; stir to separate beans.
  4. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Add fish and cook 10 minutes more or until fish is done.
  7. Makes about 6 cups (4 servings).
