Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
  • 14 oz. frozen green beans
  • 1 onion
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. potatoes, peeled

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen green beans according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Add peeled and diced potatoes to the skillet, cooking until tender and lightly browned.
  5. Combine cooked green beans with the bacon, onions, and potatoes in the skillet.
  6. Season with a dash of salt and pepper to taste, and cook everything together until heated through.
