Ingredients

  • 2 cups sesame seed
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  5. Allow to cool before breaking into pieces.
