Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cans Progresso minestrone soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can Progresso tomato paste
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can Ranch Style black-eyed peas with bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the ground beef.
  2. Place the cooked beef in a large 6-quart pot.
  3. Add the three cans of Progresso minestrone soup, the can of tomato paste, the can of Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles, the Ranch Style beans, and the Ranch Style black-eyed peas with bacon to the pot.
  4. Cook the mixture together, then simmer to keep warm.
