Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups orange jello
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 quart hot cider
  • 1 cup cold ginger ale
  • 1 1/2 cups canned apricots
  • 1 pint sliced bananas
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello in hot cider with salt.
  2. Add cold ginger ale to the mixture.
  3. Chill until slightly firm.
  4. Add canned apricots, sliced bananas, celery, and chopped walnuts.
  5. Mold in a 1-quart mold and refrigerate until fully set, preferably a day before serving.
