Seven Layer Cookie Bars are irresistibly sweet treats with layers of chocolate, butterscotch, nuts, and coconut, perfect for parties, potlucks, or satisfyingly indulgent snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a lightly sprayed baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Sprinkle chocolate semi-sweet chips evenly over the crust.
  3. Add a layer of butterscotch chips on top of the chocolate.
  4. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the butterscotch layer.
  5. Evenly distribute shredded coconut over the nuts.
  6. Pour condensed milk evenly over all the layered ingredients.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
