Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 16 oz. jar salsa
  • 3/4 c. chopped olives
  • 3 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mash avocados and stir in garlic salt or garlic powder, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Spread into an 8 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Cover with half of the sour cream.
  3. Spread on salsa over the sour cream layer.
  4. Cover with remaining sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle chopped olives on top.
  6. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes on top.
  7. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over all.
  8. Serve with nachos or Dorito chips.
