Seven Minute Cake Icing
A light and fluffy seven-minute icing perfect for cake decorating, with a sweet, vanilla flavor and smooth texture that whips up quickly in a double boiler.

Instructions
- Have water in the bottom of the double boiler boiling before you put the top on.
- Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in the double boiler with a mixer at high speed.
- Continue to mix at high speed the entire cooking time.
- Cook until the icing stands in a peak.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla, then beat until smooth.
