Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 6 to 8 oz. thin egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain fat.
  2. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese and tomato sauce.
  3. Add beef and cooked noodles to sauce and mix well.
  4. Bake at approximately 350° for 30 to 40 minutes (until top is bubbling.)
  5. Serve with a little Parmesan cheese sprinkled.
  6. It's delicious!
