Ingredients

  • 2 c. shell macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat (Spam), cubed
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Prepare shell macaroni according to directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, and shredded cheese. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
  3. Stir in the cooked macaroni, cubed luncheon meat, and diced green pepper.
  4. Turn the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
