Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 4 cans of corn
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 9 medium potatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel and cook the potatoes, then mash and set aside.
  2. Cook and drain the hamburger, then place it in a baking dish with the cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Add the drained corn on top of the hamburger mixture.
  4. Spread the mashed potatoes over the corn, covering the dish completely.
  5. Bake at 350°F until the top is light brown, about 30-40 minutes.
