Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 strips bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 1/2 tsp shredded onion
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp chopped parsley
  • celery salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • dash of dill weed
  • dash of paprika

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice eggs in half.
  2. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl, whites on a plate.
  3. Mash yolks with a fork, then crumble bacon into the yolks along with shredded onion, dry mustard, chopped parsley, celery salt, pepper, dill weed, and paprika. Mix well.
  4. Use a teaspoon to drop the yolk mixture onto the egg whites.
  5. Garnish as desired.
