- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Add minced onion and garlic to ground beef and brown in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- Crumble up 1 beef bouillon cube and spread over beef.
- 2. Mix Gravy Mix water, wine and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Pour over beef. Bring to boil. Add peas and carrots. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Transfer meat mixture to 3 quart baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes.
- 3. Bake 30 minutes or until gravy bubbles and potatoes are slightly browned. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
