Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. chili powder (more or less, to your taste)
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Brown meat and onions.
  3. In large pot, add all the ingredients.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
