  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 5 c. shredded apples

Instructions

  1. Mix white sugar, flour, well-beaten eggs, a pinch of salt, milk, and shredded apples together.
  2. Pour the mixture into unbaked pie shells.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of each pie.
