- Put all ingredients into bowl.
- Mix well.
- If it needs extra liquid add 1/4 cup water.
- It will depend on the size of the eggs how much liquid you need, if any.
- Beat for 3 minutes.
- Add nuts if you like.
- Put in Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° until top of cake springs back as you mash the top.
- Cooking time:
- Approximately 45 minutes.
