Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 oz.)
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (small)
  • 1 (12 or 16 oz.) Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the instant vanilla pudding with buttermilk until well combined.
  2. Drain one can of mandarin oranges and fold the oranges, Cool Whip, and crumbled shortbread cookies into the pudding mixture.
  3. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
