Instructions
- Cream the margarine and sugar.
- Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add to creamed mixture.
- Add vanilla and pecans.
- Roll into 1/2-inch balls and place on cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
- When golden, remove from cookie sheet.
- Roll in powdered sugar and allow to cool.
- Yields an average of 4 dozen, quarter-size balled cookies.
