Ingredients

  • 2 lbs large shrimp, shelled, deveined, de-tailed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 (5.2 oz) packages Boursin Cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 8 oz package linguine
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, combine butter and lemon juice in a large skillet and heat until butter melts.
  3. Add shrimp and garlic powder, sautéing until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Lower heat and add Boursin Cheese, breaking it into the skillet until it melts into a sauce.
  5. Drain the pasta and pour it into the skillet, tossing gently to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped tomato and serve immediately.
