Ingredients

  • 1 (4-1/2 oz.) can of shrimp, drained well
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • dash hot sauce
  • 16 oz. carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the drained shrimp into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend together chili sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, horseradish, hot sauce, and sour cream.
  3. Fold in the chopped shrimp until well combined.
  4. Cover and chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with chips or your favorite dippers.
